Food Bazaar
Held over two days on 13 and 14 October 2008 (Monday and Tuesday), the LEO Club Food Bazaar was a success despite the rain.
The event was held to raise funds for LEO Club. There were two venues: for the day session, the Food Bazaar was held
in SAO Concourse; for the night session, it was held in the residential street. The food and drinks sold include crepes, bubble milk tea, kebab, spaghetti, pudding, Seremban ‘siew pau’, fried chicken, etc. All the food were delicious.
However, lady luck wasn’t on the organizers’ side during the first night. It rained heavily and the scheduled programs had to be postponed to the following night. Thankfully, everything went smoothly on Tuesday. Business was brisk in both the SAO Concourse and residential street. There was also quite a crowd watching the programs held at night in the residential street, namely a dance performance by DAC, a solo performance by INTI Idol Wu Jing Rui, and a movie screening of the new film “Mamma Mia!”. Everyone had fun indulging in affordable and delicious food while enjoying the infectious music of Abba. Can’t wait for the next food bazaar!
