Inter-College Skills Challenge
American University Program (AUP) Club welcomes all sportsmen from both public and private universities and colleges to participate in the Inter-College Skills Challenge which will be held on the 13th – 15th March 2009 at INTI University College.
This is an event that brings together sportsmen from both private and public colleges and universities, to compete in a total of 10 sports to bring home the championship trophy. The sports that will be competed in this event are divided into physical skill games and mentally challenging games. The physical skill games are badminton, basketball, street soccer, pool and squash; whereas the mentally challenging games includes Chinese chess, international chess, scrabble, e-Gaming (DOTA) and a spelling bee.
Participants in these events represent their respective universities and compete against participants from other universities. The rank is calculated by total number of gold, silver and bronze medals. The university or college of the overall champion will bring home the challenge trophy.
The registration fee for each participant is RM5 per event. Participants may join as many events as they want as long as the events do not clash with each other.
The dateline for entry submissions is the 8th of March 2009.
